Session length:
50-55 minutes. Occasionally, a longer session is scheduled for EMDR.

Location:
Online, on a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Rate:
$180 per 50 minute session, $3/minute after that.

Do you accept insurance?

• I accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Cigna, Tricare, and Optum/United Healthcare.  I provide Superbills if I am out-of-network with your insurance.

• Paying out of pocket, rather than going through your insurance company, allows us to work together without a diagnosis. Your information does not go to a third party insurance company.  Many families also choose to pay through their company's health spending account. ​
